We are not liable for the following issues and they are not covered under our 30-day Refund & Replacement Policy.
Reasons Not Covered:
- Request after 30 days: The refund or replacement request is submitted more than 30 days after the product delivery date.
- Customer error: You chose the wrong size, product, shipping address, or provided incorrect custom information.
- Product damage due to misuse: The product is damaged from misuse, mishandling, or improper maintenance.
- Damage from customer handling: Items that have been washed, worn, or soiled and are damaged as a result of the customer's handling.
- Personal reasons: Requests based on personal taste, a change of mind, or similar subjective reasons.
- Sale or promotional items: Products purchased during a sale or promotion.
Refund and Replacement Service Procedure

Step 2: Provide Information Submit your refund/replacement request with detailed photos of the items you received and the package's cover, including the shipping label. This helps us to best assist you.
Step 3: Receive Your Resolution A refund will be issued or a replacement order will be created once we have received and approved your ticket.
Refund Processing Time
If your refund is approved, the funds will be applied to the original payment method you used for the purchase.

- Paypal: 3 to 5 business days.
